Hey I have just had this one sent to me (I am a fleet manager) I was driving along the road and a council truck pulled out infront of me and it had rubbish falling out of the back.
I considered this to be an offence and thought it best to take down his rego number and report it to the police.
Whilst I was writting down his number the traffic stopped and I crashed into the back of him.
