A naked Eva Green, probably best known as a bond girl, has never seemed to be shy about being naked. She appeared fully nude in the French film “The Dreamers”. She is a respected French actress, who brings a sensual emotionality and grace to her roles, along with her striking beauty and natural sexiness. So it may not be a suprise that she chose to recreate a classic pose from a few decades back.

Eva Green recently posed for a nude picture in a photo shoot for the U.K. magazine Tatler. The naked Eva Green picture is a recreation of a 1973 naked Charlotte Rampling photo, taken by Helmut Newton. Eva is stunning and seductive at 29 in this pic. Is her nude photo shoot an authentic support of the arts, a cheap attempt at publicity, or something in the middle? Does posing for this nude picture help or hurt her career? Your thoughts?

Stephanie Seymour, famous for both sexy Sports Illustrated pictures and Victoria’s Secret photos, poses nude for this Vanity Fair photo shoot. She might be in her 40s, but a naked Stephanie Seymour didn’t seem to be shy about posing naked for this picture, and based on comments on Huffington Post and other sites, she doesn’t need to feel shy or embarassed about her body. What do you think? does she need this kind of publicity, with her tumultous divorce? Is this a plus or minus for whatever is next in her career?

Christian Serratos Naked: PETA AD picture of Nude Christian Serratos

Here’s the PETA Ad nude picture of Christian Serratos, the actress best known for Twilight. Christian poses naked for the PETA ad, to help bring awareness to PETA’s campaign to stop people from wearing fur.

The ad is a picture of Christian Serratos, naked, leaning seductively against a tree. The ad says “Animals killed for their fur are electrocuted, drowned, beaten and often skinned alive. Please don’t wear fur.” The caption says “I’d rather go naked than wear fur”.

What do you think- Does seeing Christian Serratos nude and striking a sexy pose make you want to not buy fur? Is the PETA campaign effective? It undeniably brings attention to their cause (and the free publicity and sexy picture probably doesn’t hurt the stars either…) Your thoughts?

Lindsay Lohan nude pics photo shoot: She isn’t quite Marilyn Monroe

The Los Angeles times blog makes a very good point about the New York magazine’s photo spread of Lindsay Lohan’s nude pics. They make the point that Lindsay Lohan is no Marilyn Monroe. Now Lindsay can be absolutely beautiful- there’s no question. But it’s a different kind of beauty. Not the creamy white smooth skin sexpot that Marilyn Monroe personified and exuded. Why remake a good thing, when you can’t make it better?

Why do starlets insist on channeling Marilyn Monroe? At some point, every actress decides to have her “Marilyn moment” and dons a platinum wig and a fake mole to prove that she’s capable of playing an American icon. This week, Lindsay Lohan graces New York magazine in a spread shot by Bert Stern. Yes, that would be the same Stern who shot Monroe six weeks before she died of a reported overdose in 1962.

The alure of Marilyn Monroe, and the attraction to redoing her shoots- is understandable. But similar to American Idol contestants taking on Whitney Houston or Aretha Franklin, if you don’t have the same flair, it’s better not to go there.

Lindsay Lohan has a natural beauty and sweetness that has been covered over in recent years. It’s not too late for her to get her feet solidly on the ground and become who she was on track to becoming, before fame and freedom and lack of structure made it so easy for her to slowly steer herself down an unfortunate path.

Lindsay, you don’t need more fame right now. Just some time to really find yourself again. You will love what you find, if you go deeply enough.

In this new youtube video, Eva Mendes is being interviewed by a French TV station. They are asking her questions, but she’s a little distracted because her dress is slipping. I’m not sure when Eva Mendes became a real celebrity. She had a lot of buzz in her summer movie, We Own the Night, but her popularity was already growing well before that. Most people agree she is beautiful, but it takes something else to get an actor to celebrity status. And the buzz around her continues to grow. Hopefully she’ll keep a good head on her shoulders.

Here are some pictures and videos of Kristy Lee Cook, the hot new singer who is a favorite to win American Idol.

Kristy Lee Cook recently turned 24. According to her intro video, she loves horse training, kick boxing, and being in nature. There’s a lot of buzz on the internet. A lot of young men apparently want to marry her, which suggests she leaves a pretty damn fine first impression. She is generating a lot of interest on American Idol, starting with her very talented and heart felt tryout song, Amazing Grace. Simon suggested she come in with more confidence next time, but they all really liked her voice and her vocal control.
