I wished David would sing the full version of this so I can purchase this song. This is my favorite performance and only have a taste of what the song would be like, I want the whole song! David is such a great singer. I am a fan!

One more quick thing…. your version of “Imagine” reminded me of the time that I heard Jose Feliciano’s version of the Star Spangled Banner in the ‘68 World Series. His version of that, and your’s of “Imagine” are incredible! Keep it up.

Now for a guys perspective…

That has been one of my favorite songs of all times and I have heard other people sing it their way… and never have liked it. But, when I heard this version from you… I’ve got to tell you that you knocked it out of the park! That was a grand slam! Seriously, incredible voice. I wish that I had one tenth of that voice. David, I believe you are truly gifted. That night you sang Imagine, I was also moved to tears. All of the embellishments you did sounded good, but in my opinion, a person can have too many embellishments (by embellishments I mean the extra notes.) And, you might try picking up the tempo a little. Not all songs sound their best slow. I know, I know, everybodys a critic. Sorry! Like Paula, I believe you are destined for superstardom. I only got up to intermediate piano, myself. Thanks for sharing your talent!!

I too was so moved by his performance. David sang that song with passion, emotion and conviction. I can not wait to buy his album. He is truly an American Idol!!!!

I have seen many talents and one or two close to your talent. I love every kind of music practically that exists. Never in all my life have I heard such a beautiful, pure and true musical spirit, next to one of my best friends.
May God take you on his grasp and stay true to your inner spirit. One last statement, I love the Beatles muscic and you paid them a great honor in this performance.
